Anyone that says Zubat are the worst haven't had to Surf to Cinnabar. These things are WAY worse.

It seems like that's a common pastime for Pokemon of the bovine persuasion; Tauros can learn Surf, too, as it turns out.

Tentacool do tend to be a pain while surfing. You should have brought some repels with you.

It's better when training lower leveled Pokemon, but if most of what you have with you are the same level or higher than those Tentacool, it becomes more of a nuisance than it's worth.

[Trainers are where the exp is at anyway, don't you know that.]
